PROG MEDTECH II B.V. tasks includes executive and operative business development:

• Subsidiary establishment: Preparing, set-up, start-up and “get-up-and-running” of subsidiaries.
• Building and managing domestic distributor networks: identifying, negotiating, agreement, education and launch of products.
• Screening the medtech market for potential acquisitions and investments: companies, product ranges and ideas.

 

Our partner FAHL is a German medical device company that was founded more than 25 years ago. They develop and manufacture tracheostomy and laryngectomy products. In addition they represent the American Blom-Singer voice prosthesis system for laryngectomees in Europe. The Product group was invented almost 40 years ago and continuously has been optimized to meet new demands from both clinicians and patients.
